Fredenhagen Park

In 2001, The Riverwalk Foundation, dedicated to raising awareness and funds, organized the Fredenhagen Park Campaign to help raise $400,000 in private funds for the $1.8 million project approved by the Naperville City Council. Today the gateway park reflects the generous spirit of the community among the gardens, Rotary Plaza, Jaycees Gazebo and the Exchange Club Memories Fountain. A Century Walk sculpture titled "Two in a Million" portrays likenesses of Grace and Walter Fredenhagen, the couple who together helped build Prince Castles and Cock Robin Ice Cream Companies, a thriving enterprise from 1931 to 2000.

To purchase a brick ($250) or a granite stone ($2,500) for the Exchange Club Memories Fountain.
