Steve Boyles
Steve has worked in the Real Estate industry since 2003 specializing in Short Sale and Foreclosure distressed properties for the last 6 years. Steve is an expert in foreclosure real estate sales analysis, acquisitions and the distribution and marketing of distressed property. He has worked closely with real estate investors and has mentored many of them with the real estate investment process. This mentoring has included but is not limited to budget preparation, purchase, importance of capital item repairs as well as the difference between buy/rent vs. buy/sell investment repairs, construction project management, staging, and finally the sale or lease of the investment property. As Steve is trusted by many real estate investors as an expert consultant, he has also served as host of local real estate investing seminars. Steve has also created a detailed real estate investment analysis calculator used to determine both potential expenses and profits for any specific residential investment property.
